Conferences and Meetings

The « Grand Tour » room can accommodate up to 50 people, outfitted according to your needs. We can provide all the necessary equipment for your meetings (projector, screen, flipchart, wifi).

Aperitif

Gather your friends, your family, your colleagues or your customers in an extraordinary setting. Based on the number of guests, the castle courtyard (max. 200 guests) or the panoramic esplanade of the castle (max. 400 guests) are at your disposal.

Take advantage of an aperitif to enjoy local flavors ! Savor our exclusive « Réserve du Château » wines accompanied by cheese and charcuterie boards from the Gruyère region.

Rental fee (3 hours)

Up to 50 guests :
CHF 39.– / person
(includes rental fee, set up, service et aperitif, 15 guests minimum)*

Over 50 guests :
CHF 13.– / personne (rental fee)*.

Working with an approved caterer is mandatory. Approved caterers will be able to accommodate you if the weather conditions do not allow you to hold your aperitif on the esplanade.

Banquet

Your banquet can be organized on the esplanade (max. 150 guests seated at banquet tables). Please submit your project and we will help you make it happen.

As the weather is not always good, we recommend that you set up a tent or canopy on the esplanade, or work with a Catering Partner in town who can accommodate you in case of bad weather.

Plan something different for your team and spend a day of Team Building at Gruyères Castle. Bring your employees together to share experiences around visits or animations in a truly exceptional setting. You can also book a hall and organize a workshop of your choice or an unforgettable aperitif. Together, we will create a tailor-made event for your team.
