Duo Séverine Payet & Etienne Murith

Gruyères Castle presents Pianoforte, the 2019 edition of concerts at the castle. In the intimate setting of the Music Salon, talented musicians and singers will thrill you around the pianoforte made in 1835 by the Braschoss factory in Geneva for Franz Lizst.

Founded in 2014, the Séverine Payet & Etienne Murith Duo is made up of two first-rate soloists whose dynamic interpretation bears witness to a desire for musical renewal. The duo is at home in a variety of musical styles, from Brahms and Schumann to Bernstein and Berg and Debussy and Poulenc.
