A number of workshops and demonstrations await you, offering the chance to whip up a chaplain pancake, best enjoyed hot. Test your palate at the stand of precious spices, protected by the guards and their arsenal. At the tavern, get your fill of delightful medieval fare before joining the troubadours and fire jugglers at nightfall to dance around the traditional Saint John’s fire.
